Twenty20 Riverview Borough

EmmeDue was hired to redesign this project to explore the possibility of redesigning a previously approved plan for a townhouse development. The first proposal not only felt outdated, but also failed to include amenities such as shopping for groceries, or looking for a restaurant or pub.

The new proposal suggests a mixed used community where all of the aforementioned  amenities are present as they would in a traditional village. The interesting challenge in this project was that our design had to fit on the same identical footprint of the former proposal.

Twenty 20 Riverview Borough, is a waterfront Mixed-Use development in Summerville. It features commercial space on the ground-floor units which will include a Farmer's Market, a Coffee-Shop, a bakery, and offices.

This luxury development will be located along the shore of the Ashley River and across from Oakbrook Nature Trail which is perfect for biking, running, and walking. Resident amenities rival those of a fine resort, including a heated, indoor pool with a sun deck, spa, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, resident lounges, private meeting rooms, a sauna and a fully equipped gym.

Twenty 20 Riverview Borough offers condos with five unique floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedrooms plus a den. The interior finishes are of the highest quality and include chef's kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, Kohler fixtures in the kitchens and baths, high ceilings, hardwood floors, European tile, custom cabinetry and balconets in select units.
