Frameworks Ct.

Frameworks court is more than a mixed-use-multidisciplinary  space where people gather "think a think-tank for up and coming start-ups". Frameworks Court is also a gift to the community as it will provide the very first significant amenity next to the West Ashley Bikeway, inviting cyclists all the way from Johns Island to ride all the way to the Maryville/Avondale area.

The street level space was conceived with the vision to host a small local eatery and cafe/used book exchange with rotating art gallery space to also encourage foot traffic as it will represent a significantly important landmark for pedestrians journeying between Avondale and Ashley River Road area of West Ashley.

This project has been made possible with the help of  the "South Carolina Community Fund" and the support of the community of Magnolia Road, adjacent neighborhoods and its city representatives.
